The next meeting is on February 4  at 9:00 am
We proudly honor three branch members as Named Gift Honorees. These three women have made outstanding contributions to our branch. For every $750 our branch donates to AAUW Fund, we may designate a named gift honoree. We are pleased to give them special recognition.
In addition, we are excited to welcome Jessica Kubel, YWCA Pasadena, a 2016-2017 Fellowship/Grant Recipient who will be speaking about our annual AAUW Fund Program. Jessica was awarded the Community Action Grant to enhance the TechGryls program for underprivileged middle school girls who do not get enough STEM courses in school. Jessica will share how the girls experiment and explore computer programming and use these tools to develop a website and design objects using a FlashForge 3D printer, such as a usable camera. This program is amazing. Come hear Jessica share what this Community Action grant has done for these young women.
